Hey guys, it’s Taylor here with your Lindon Lawn Care Tip of the Week. We’re getting towards the end of the season, you probably only have a few more cuts, and, to be honest, a lot of the grass has slowed down significantly, so most of the mowing that we’re going to be doing is going to be picking up leaves. But, at the end of the season, there’s a few things that we need to do to ensure that your lawnmowers and the handheld equipment start next year.

You can do one of two things. One, you can empty the gas tank, just run it until it runs out of gas, or you could add a fuel stabilizer to it. This is just the Sta-bil brand. An ounce treats two and a half gallons. Usually on your lawnmower, right here, you’re like a quarter of a gallon or a half of a gallon. So just a cap full of this Sta-bil will prevent any of that gas from gumming up the carburetor and making that horrible difficult process of getting this guy started in the spring. It’s going to save you a lot of time and some money as well. So don’t forget to put some stabilizer into your mowers and handheld equipment. Hope that answers the question if you have any more Lindon lawn care questions, give us a call. Have a good one. Thanks. Bye.
